Locally grown Yuka melons from a single farmer are harvested each June and left to ripen for 20 days, concentrating their sweetness. The fruit is then peeled, seeded, and steeped in alcohol for three months with a touch of sugar before being finished with well water.
What you can expect:
Literally melon in liquid form. Aromatic, sweet but not cloying. Good on its own, with ice or mixed with soda .
