Takenaka Canning Co. founded in 1908 in Miyazu City (near Amanohashidate), Kyoto Prefecture, crafts premium canned seafood by hand. It's flagship Amanohashidate series preserves the natural flavours of seafood using high-quality oils and meticulous, artisanal methods.
The cannery believes that canned goods need to be delicious to eat and beautiful to look at. Since the contents of cans cannot be seen, customers purchased on trust. To gain that trust, they select quality ingredients so that when customers open them, they will be pleased with the product. They keep in mind that good things can only be made from good ingredients, and they spare no effort in selecting ingredients, working hard to carefully make each can.
