Eastern people associate cod roes with richness and happiness. We may believe it or not, but one way or another, this relationship will always be authentic!
Roes of codfish has a firm texture with an incredible aroma. Our favourite way to serve them is to pan sear both sides on a hot pan and drizzle with its olive oil, topped with freshly crushed peppercorn.
Best paired with dry white wine.
Store at ambient temperature. If not completely consumed, store in sealed container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
