What you can expect:
Kameno-o is an ancient table rice variety which produces more robust and deeply flavoured Sake that have good potential for ageing. This version of Kameno-o from Uehara Shuzo is an excellent example, showing a balanced and savoury character with wonderful ripe fruit and a striking focused backbone. Delicious on its own or with food.
The 2025 vintage is ready to be enjoyed now, or stowed away for further aging. For those without the patience, we've saved a few precious 1.8l bottles from 2022 to share - while stocks last.
