Kinoya - "Kinka Saba" Mackerel with Miso Sauce

Kinka mackerel, caught off the coast of Mt. Kinka and landed at Ishinomaki Port every autumn and canned while still fresh, without being frozen.

Stewed using additive-free miso and raw sugar from Kikaijima Island to give it a mild flavour. Seasoning is intentionally kept light so that the natural delicious flavour of the mackerel can be tasted.
