Kinoya - Smoked Oysters

Oysters from Miyagi Prefecture are slow-smoked using cherry wood chips to concentrate their flavor. The smoking process is kept light so it doesn't hinder the deep, rich taste of oysters.

Simply mix the oysters (including the oil) with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and mozzarella for a delicious smoked salad.
